HOW IT WORKS / A 30-to-60-minute kickoff session and a 1-to-4-hour wrap-up that will open and close your event in a way that drives home your message, reinforces learning, and facilitates your participants through a process to create a personal plan to turn ideas into action.

Using Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) at conferences and in business meetings can be an effective way to deliver important messages, share information, or provide needed skills and training. Unfortunately, the most traditional methods for tapping into this kind of expertise can be more wearing than winning – the dreaded parade of talking heads.

The Productive Panels process build from targeted presentations by the panelists (very short and specific) to include facilitated dialog, networking, brainstorming, and best-practice sharing that taps the extensive experience of the panelists and the participants.

HOW IT WORKS / Preparation includes coaching panel members for this unique approach to making presentations and to ensure no overlap in the topics covered. Facilitation includes tapping into the knowledge of the audience via dialog and small-group discussions, guiding the panelists through the brief presentations, and creating a highly interactive process to generate questions from the audiences and responses from the panelists and other experts in attendance.
